๐Ÿ˜‘Private and personal
Information๐Ÿ˜‘
What I had to do with this was put the words to where it was supposed to be. What I mean is that I had to put the private things under the things I would like to keep private and the other words I had to leave it under the things I would like to share online.

๐ŸŒ„๐Ÿ‰KIWI SPORTS๐Ÿ‰๐ŸŒ„

๐ŸŒ„๐Ÿ‰KIWI SPORTS๐Ÿ‰๐ŸŒ„

Talofa lava and welcome back to my blog. Today I am going to be talking to you about what happened during our KIWI SPORT.
Today after our Interval break we went outside to the field to have our kiwi sports and our kiwi sports was called AFL which stands for Australian Football League.
What We learnt on the first day was how to hit the ball properly so you might be thinking what does she mean by hitting the ball PROPERLY? You hold the ball in one hand facing up and you put your hands like you wanna punch someone but make sure the side with your thumb is facing up and the pinky is on the bottom then the side with your thumb hits the ball up and far or just far or just up.
What we learnt this today was three different moves which was called high mark, chest mark and I     forgot what the other one. Anyways after we learnt how to do the moves or whatever it's called we played a game called ball rush but with a ball and it was VERY FUN!!!

๐ŸŒ„⚽SOCCER TOURNAMENT⚽๐ŸŒ„

๐ŸŒ„⚽SOCCER TOURNAMENT⚽๐ŸŒ„

Today I am going to be blogging about what happened on Wednesday the 15th of may.
So on Wednesday the 15th of may the year 3 to year 8 students of Tamaki Primary have participated in a SOCCER TOURNAMENT which was really fun because I was there.

So the soccer tournament took place at PT England park BUT the weird thing is was that PT England wasn't at the tournament even though it was right next to their school but it was ok cause the school doesn't always have to be at the tournaments. The BEST part of the tournament was that I had LOTS of FUN while walking around and talking with my friends BUT I did get tired and if u want to know how many games we WON here it is. The girls won THREE games and had a draw with the other THREE so that means we played against SIX SCHOOLS.

I have no idea how many games the boys team won but all i know is that they had fun I THINK.
During the day I felt like I was gonna fall asleep because I was SOOO Tired and my legs started to hurt because whenever the other team kicked the ball it would always hit my leg.
After the games we had I felt VERY HAPPY because I just wanted to rest and lay down on the floor. so what I found out was we (Kia Manawanui Syndicate) were walking then FINALLY mike comes to pick us up then we head off to school.

Once we got to school we all got changed out of the sport uniforms the teachers started talking about how good our behavior was and how bad some of our behavior was.
Then the bell rang for school to finish.

THANKYOU FOR READING MY BLOG!!!

INQUIRY

INQUIRY

Today I am going to be talking to you about what we did for inquiry.
So today for inquiry we are learning about the word PEACE as you know I did blog about what the word peace means and why peace is important to the world.
The first thing I did was CREATE a DLO (Digital Learning Object) and with the DLO I had to tell others what peace is and why is it important. Then the next thing I had to do was Create a collage of peace symbols. Then choose one symbol and explain its meaning. Then the last thing I had to do was to research one peace activist and say what they did to promote peace BUT I haven't finished the last one yet. ONCE I FINISH THE INQUIRY I WILL BE VERY HAPPY!!!!!! because sometimes to me inquiry is kind of boring and it's like it takes forever to finish that once piece of work and for me it is just I don't like doing inquiry BUT sometimes I LOVE IT only when we use our netbooks because whenever I listen to songs I can concentrate VERY WELL and that is VERY TRUE because while I was doing this blog post I was listening to songs and it REALLY helped me to concentrate.

THANK YOU FOR READING MY BLOG POST I HOPE YOU REALLY LOVED IT!!!!!!

✖➗MATHS✖➗

✖➗MATHS✖➗

Today I am going to be talking to you about what we did for maths today.
So today I have learnt what the word BODMAS stands for so the B stands for BRACKETS, The O stands for ODER, The D stands for DIVISION, The M stands for MULTIPLICATION, The A stands for ADDITION and finally the S is for SUBTRACTION.

An EXAMPLE for what we did today is what the next thing i'm going to talk about so here it is.
EXAMPLE:     30 - (5 x 23 - 15) this is how you solve it...
So first you follow the BODMAS which means do the B first which is BRACKETS what I mean by do the B first I mean you do the numbers in the brackets which should look like this...
(5 x 23 - 15) and when you do that you first find out what 23 is. That number means 2 x 2 x 2 and that equals 8 because 2 x 2 = 4 and 4 x 2 = 8 so that is how you get the first answer then the next thing you do is 5 x 8 which equals 40 then you do 40 - 15 and that would equal to 25.
The LAST thing you do is you use the 30 and you take away 25 from 30 and that would equal...
FIVE.

AND THIS IS WHAT I LEARNT TODAY!!!!Related image

Cybersmart lesson

MANAIAKALANI SURVEY
Today I am going to be telling you about what happened in Cybersmart.
So in Cybersmart Mrs Collins was talking to us about a Manaiakalani survey and in that survey there were questions were about yourself and our learning. One of the questions I felt like I was out of options and that one question was "what culture are you"? I thought I was out of options because I have two cultures but I could only choose one culture and the culture I choose was Tongan and my other culture is Samoan.

This was very interesting and the questions I really liked was the question that said Learn Create Share connects with my culture I liked this question because it was including our culture and when I saw that question I thought that it was very awesome because our culture is a big part of us.

Here is a screenshot of the manaiakalani survey I have completed.

Today in assembly right after we honoured the Australian New Zealand Army Corps Mrs Kelly was telling the school who the HOUSE LEADERS ARE which was so EXCITING but in my head I thought that I was not gonna be picked but...
I heard my name was called out and in my head I was SO NERVOUS and I was scared because I was picked to be a house leader but I was SO SHY, Anyways the other HOUSE  LEADER for Tripoli is Deniro The House Leaders for Tobruk is Alyssa and Timote. SO the students I have mentioned have been selected to become a House Leader and since we have been selected to become a House Leader that means that we have a responsibility which is to have confidence to lead our House and the names of the Houses are Tripoli, Tobruk, Alamein and Benghazi.

Here is a photo of all the Houses...

Cybersmart - Digital Footprint

Talofa lava and Welcome back to my first blog for Term 2. Today I am going to be blogging about what Room Nine's Cybersmart lesson was all about. The Cybersmart lesson was about our digital footprint and what Mrs Collins was telling us was that in Botany there are new shops opening and if you like them on Facebook you will get something for free. What happens when you like their facebook? Once you go to the shop and when you say that you have liked their facebook they will ask you for your name and i think your number then they will go onto your account and they can see everything about you like what pictures you post. After we watched the video of what I was just talking about Mrs Collins put a Google Drawing into our Cybersmart folder and what we had to do was title it with our initials then we had to put pictures or write what we have been going on online for example I put pictures of what I have been doing in the holidays and pictures of what I go on during learning time like my Drive, my Blogger and my Gmail.

Here is a Google Drawing of my  Digital Footprint

I HOPE YOU ENJOYED READING ABOUT  WHAT OUR CYBERSMART LESSON WAS ABOUT!!!
