Today my blog is about what room 8 did for reading. So for reading we are learning about what happens in Yemen. Yemen is a country that is close to Iran. In Yemen there are kids suffering and they are dying because they don't have much to eat.

🍴Baking Rice Bubble Slices🍴
Today Room 8 did baking AGAIN!!!
Today we baked Rice Bubbles slices as you can see on the title. There was about five or six groups with about 4 or 3 students in each group. every group made Rice Bubbles slices. I think all groups added chocolate chips to their rice bubble slices. For me baking that was kinda easy and kinda fast.

is George Floyd and how he died was when the police handcuffed him then
they held him down by lodging their knees on his neck for about nine minutes

History of Racism in America
In America there is a Racism towards Black people. There are people protesting
about lives that matter especially Black lives. Because in America Donald Trump
doesn’t accept people protesting in the country, There have been people that take
the black from Africa to take them into slavary, They have had black people as slaves
every since the fifth century and before, black people weren’t aloud to go to school with
white kids every since 70 years ago.

Protests
The people are protesting because black lives are not accepted in some countries.
Sometimes when Black people go into a store and there is a white person with them the
security guards or the people that work there would think that the black person would steal
something but they wouldn’t think that about the white person.

After George Floyds death people kept protesting and Demanding justice for George Floyd.
It’s not fair because they give black people worse punishments than the people that robb and
the people that do bad things.Also every state in America has Protested, People have walked
all the way to the white house to tell Donald Trump that black lives matter, They even sleep
there until the morning. Donald Trump is trying to stop the protesting but he won’t try and help
stop Covid - 19, and also he wants every person that is actually not from America to leave
but his wife isn’t from America.

Justice
Ever since the protest happened there has been some laws that changed like the
officers that killed George Floyd have been arrested, Also during when the officers
had to stop the people from going to the white house and go back home some of the
officers wanted to join the protesting people but they couldn’t so to show some respect
they took a kneel. Also there have been 1,038 deaths during the protest and from the officers.

➖➕Maths - Bodmas✖➗
Today I decided to blog about BODMAS. I decided to blog about this because I haven't done it in a long time. BODMAS is something you can use for maths when you get stuck on a equation that looks like this 10 - (9-6)+12x5=. Whenever I would have a question like this I would get stuck and not know what to do, but when I got taught about this it helped me a lot.
🍫Baking Chocolate Muffins🍫
Today My blog is about what Room 8 Was doing yesterday on the 4th of June. So on the 4th of June Room 8 decided to go to the hall and bake some things. When we went to the hall there was a group of students/ Kapa Haka students. So we had to be quiet so they could still do their thing. There was about 6 groups that baked something. For me Senitila, Kymani and Eh too wah's groups we had to make cake but there was no cake tray so we used muffin trays instead.
